About the job

We are looking for you who like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Eksjö C! The role essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while you are prepared to take the step to become a leader at Willys.

Position type: Fixed-term position of 38.25 hours per week. The fixed-term position is expected to last until 2027-06-13.

Start date: 2026-09-01 or as agreed.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age depending on the nature of the tasks.

Here is a bit more about the role:

• You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without having the team leader's full personnel responsibility.
• Together with your team leader, you lead and plan the operations in your team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work.
• You will learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as a team leader. This is a springboard to move forward in your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team leader or perhaps eventually a store manager?
• You work with a clear focus on developing the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics.
• You are part of the store's management and have the team leader's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned in work and through training.
• You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.

• You like people, put the customer's needs first, and are good at getting people on board – both customers and employees.
